Empowerment of women cannot be fully achieved lest their dignity and honour as women is not recognised, respected, and reclaimed at every phase, level, and aspect of life; We must all remember that strong women make strong nations and that it is not a matter of “us and you” but it has to be understood as a matter of being “we” complementing and empowering each other at every level, phase and aspect of our lives for a sustainable, respectable and prosperous life!

Aurat Foundation’s relentlessly long and hard struggle for restoring dignity of women and girls, its efforts towards women’s emancipation and their empowerment has invaluably contributed towards highlighting gender gaps and issues through empirical evidence and proposing legal and social resolves, eliminating violence against women, raising awareness regarding women’s rights in the country, watching over parliamentary accountability, and much more, unequivocally deserves standing ovation and continuous unconditional support.
